研究目的：

本研究通过收集中青年原发性高血压患者的临床资料，对该年龄段原发性高血压患者进行中医体质分析，并通过动态血压监测分析患者的血压节律变化特点，比较相关检验指标的异常变化。通过研究分析总结中青年原发性高血压患者的中医体质特点、血压节律变异规律、心血管危险因素相关检验指标的情况，并分析中医体质与血压节律变化、异常检验指标的关系，以期为中青年原发性高血压患者在中医体质理论的指导下，寻找有效的中医药预防治疗方法，使降压有效达标，保护靶器官不受损害，改善该类高血压病患群体的健康水平和远期预后。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the clinical data of middle-aged and young patients with essential hypertension were collected, the constitutions of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed for patients with essential hypertension in this age group, and the characteristics of patients' blood pressure rhythm were analyzed by ambulate blood pressure monitoring, and the abnormal changes of relevant test indicators were compared.By studying and analyzing the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine constitution, blood pressure rhythm variation rule, cardiovascular risk factors related test indicators of young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension, and analyzing the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine constitution and blood pressure rhythm change, abnormal test indicators, in order to find effective prevention and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine constitution theory.It can effectively reach the standard of antihypertensive, protect target organs from damage, and improve the health level and long-term prognosis of patients with hypertension.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 继发性高血压，如慢性肾小球肾炎、结缔组织病、原发性醛固酮增多症、嗜铬细胞瘤/副神经节瘤、肾血管性高血压、大动脉炎、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、库欣综合征、主动脉缩窄、多囊卵巢综合征等引起血压升高者；
2. 高血压急症和亚急症患者；
3. 患有急性心肌梗死、心功能IV级的冠心病、严重心脏瓣膜病、神经官能症、甲亢、更年期症候群等疾病者；
4. 合并肝功肾功能不全，合并造血系统异常、风湿免疫系统、内分泌代谢系统及肿瘤等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者；
5. 特殊人群，如妊娠、哺乳期妇女；认知障碍疾病、心理疾病者及其他无法配合调査者；
6. 近期手术、创伤史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension, such as chronic glomerulonephritis, connective tissue disease, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, renal vascular hypertension, Takayasu's arteritis, sleep apnea syndrome, Cushing's syndrome, coarctation of aorta, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc., causes high blood pressure;
2. Patients with hypertension emergency and sub-emergency;
3. Suffering from acute myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease with cardiac function grade IV, severe valvular heart disease, neurosis, hyperthyroidism, menopausal syndrome and other diseases;
4. Patients with liver function and renal insufficiency, serious primary diseases and mental diseases such as abnormal hematopoietic system, rheumatic immune system, endocrine and metabolic system and tumor;
5. Special groups, such as pregnant and lactating women; People with cognitive impairment, mental illness and others who can't cooperate with the investigation;
6. Recent surgery and trauma history.
