研究目的：

本研究意在探明各核分级的 T1 期肾癌患者行肾部分切除术与肾根治切除术后肿瘤学是否相同，对于不同核分级的肾癌患者的治疗决策提出更加准确且能获益的意见，延长患者的无瘤生存期，使患者拥有更好的肿瘤预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The accuracy of imaging methods to predict the nuclear grade of clear cell renal cell carcinoma before surgery has improved. This study aimed to evaluate the associations of partial nephrectomy and radical nephrectomy in the overall cohort and four nuclear grade subsets with oncologic outcomes.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 手术切缘阳性患者；
2. ②术前接受新辅助治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with positive surgical margins;
2. Patients treated with neoadjuvant therapy.

数据由研究组内的专人负责从病历系统中进行采集，采集完成后的表格将被封存。整个过程都会在项目负责人的监管下进行。
