研究目的:

1. 应用人工智能提取并分析腰椎小关节紊乱患者及正常人的影像学特征,分析病理特征,通过机器学习建立腰椎小关节紊乱的MRI影像组学诊断模型并进行验证。为临床医生诊断腰椎小关节紊乱提供辅助依据。 2. 通过分析清宫正骨手法及理筋手法干预腰椎小关节紊乱前后的影像组学特征,明确两种手法干预机制的筋骨关系,评估两种手法的预后及适合的相应的MRI影像学特征。为手法精准治疗提供决策模型。 3. 构建腰椎小关节紊乱的辅助诊疗决策系统运用于临床。为临床医生提供腰椎小关节紊乱的MRI影像学诊断、评估患者预后、手法精准治疗提供方便、准确的的电脑系统软件。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Apply artificial intelligence to extract and analyze the imaging characteristics of patients with lumbar facet joint disorder and normal people, analyze the pathological characteristics, and establish and verify the MRI imaging omics diagnostic model of lumbar facet joint disorder through machine learning. To provide auxiliary basis for clinicians to diagnose lumbar facet joint disorders. 2. By analyzing the imaging characteristics of Qinggong bone setting manipulation and tendon regulating manipulation before and after the intervention of lumbar facet joint disorder, clarify the tendon bone relationship of the two manipulation intervention mechanisms, and evaluate the prognosis of the two manipulations and the appropriate MRI imaging characteristics. Provide a decision-making model for manual precision therapy. 3. Construct an auxiliary diagnosis and treatment decision-making system for lumbar facet joint disorders and apply it to clinic. It provides convenient and accurate computer system software for clinicians to provide MRI imaging diagnosis of lumbar facet joint disorder, evaluate patient prognosis, and precise manipulation treatment.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 合并用药且影响试验结果者;
2. 腰椎退行性改变严重者,例如腰椎侧弯伴有明显骨赘;
3. 既往有脊柱感染、创伤性骨折、肿瘤、结核、重度骨质疏松、强直性脊柱炎等患者;
4. 有手法禁忌症者,如手法部位皮肤破损或皮肤病者;
5. 不能配合手法治疗的群体,如妊娠期哺乳期妇女、智力障碍者、恶性肿瘤、其他系统严重疾病者等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those who take drugs together and affect the test results;
2. Patients with serious lumbar degenerative changes, such as lumbar scoliosis with obvious osteophyte;
3. Patients with previous spinal infection, traumatic fracture, tumor, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc;
4. Those who have contraindications to manipulation, such as skin damage or skin disease at the manipulation part;
5. Groups that cannot cooperate with manual treatment, such as pregnant and lactating women, people with mental retardation, malignant tumors, and other serious systemic diseases.
