分析利他水平与自我关怀水平、人格特质之间的相关性，研究静观自我关怀对护士利他水平的影响并分析不同人格影响的差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the correlation between altruistic level, self-compassion level and personalities, study the influence of Mindful Self-Compassion on nurses' altruism level and analyze the differences of different personality influences.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有酒精成瘾问题； 2. 有药物滥用问题； 3. 有严重的个人创伤史； 4. 有严重的躯体疾病； 5. 正在服用精神科药物； 6. 参加过或正在参加其他正念自我关怀课程； 7. 因各种原因不在临床工作的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Alcoholism; 2. Drug abuse; 3. A history of severe personal trauma; 4. Severe physical disease; 5. Being taking psychotropic drugs; 6. Has participated in or is participating in other mindful self-compassion courses; 7. Nurses who are not in clinical work for various reasons.

盲法：

分配干预措施后对受试者和课程讲授者设盲（双盲）。对于受试者仅告知此研究的目的，不告知其所在分组对于课程教授者不告知其本试验为同期随机对照试验，接受第一轮的研究对象为试验组、第二轮的为对照组；而告知其本试验为两个时间点的自身前后对照试验。

Blinding：

Subjects and lecturers were blinded after intervention assignment (double-blind). The subjects were only informed of the purpose of the study and their grouping was not informed. The course instructors were not informed that this study was a synchronous randomized controlled trial. The subjects who received the first round of study were the experimental group and those who received the second round were the control group. They were informed that this trial was a self-control trial at two time points.
