1. 主要目的：应用循证和质性访谈法，通过专家咨询构建养老机构老人吞咽障碍干预方案； 2. 次要目的：验证养老机构老人吞咽障碍干预方案，提高其推广性  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objectives: To construct an intervention program for dysphagia of the elderly in nursing homes through expert consultation using evidence-based and qualitative interviews; 2. Secondary objectives: To validate the dysphagia intervention program for the elderly in nursing homes and enhance its generalization.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重认知障碍或精神疾病史；
2. 慢性疾病急性期或终末期；
3. 入组后生命体征不平稳、病情加重或死亡者；
4. 依从性差、不合作或中途退出研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness;
2. Acute or terminal stage of chronic disease;
3. Unstable vital signs, aggravation or death after enrollment;
4. Poor compliance, non-cooperation, or withdrawal from study.
