探究选择性胫神经切断术对不同畸形组合患者的矫正效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correction effect of selective tibial neurectomy on patients with different combinations of malformations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的系统疾病，比如高血压，心脏病症状，糖尿病，未确诊的肝疾病或障碍（基于血清肝酶测试结果），肾脏疾病或肾功能异常，严重贫血，深静脉血栓形成的历史，肺动脉栓子或脑血管意外，癌症；
2.生活不能自理的患者，如无法独立行走；
3.再发急性出血或梗死；
4.严重的挛缩或关节畸形；
5.患者患有严重的、未经治疗的神经精神障碍类疾病，无法进行正常的交流；
6.患者或其家属因个人原因要求停止手术或治疗的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a serious systemic disease such as high blood pressure, heart disease symptoms, diabetes, undiagnosed liver disease or disorder (based on serum liver enzyme test results), kidney disease or renal dysfunction, severe anemia, history of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary emboli or cerebrovascular accident, cancer;
2. Patients who are unable to take care of themselves, such as walking independently;
3. Recurrent acute bleeding or infarction;
4. Severe contracture or joint deformity;
5. The patient suffers from severe, untreated neuropsychiatric disorders and is unable to communicate normally;
6. Patients or their family members request to stop surgery or treatment for personal reasons.
