研究目的：

1.建立早产儿队列，积累病例及样本资源。 2.分析早产儿肠道菌群多样性及菌群结构的差异，探讨肠道菌群在生长发育迟缓、神经发育障碍及过敏性疾病发展中的作用，为早产儿生长发育迟缓、神经发育障碍及过敏性疾病的发生机制提供参考依据； 3.联合肠道菌群微生物标志物和传统危险因素，构建早产儿不同时期发生生长发育迟缓、神经发育障碍及过敏性疾病的风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establishing a cohort of premature infants and collecting cases and samples; 2. Analyzing the diversity of intestinal flora and the differences in the structure of the flora in preterm infants, and exploring the role of intestinal flora in the development of growth retardation, NDI and allergic diseases; 3. Combined with gut microbiota microbial markers and traditional risk factors, a risk prediction model for growth retardation, NDI and allergic diseases in preterm infants at different stages was constructed.
