研究目的：

探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片是否能预防肝硬化患者TIPS术后发生肝性脑病。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets regulate post-TIPS hepatic encephalopathy in liver cirrhosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重心、肺、肾、脑及血液系统等重大基础疾病；
2. 既往或现在诊断OHE（根据West-Haven标准）；
3. 既往曾行TIPS或者外科分流手术；
4. 术前4周内摄入益生菌或益生元；
5. 肝性脊髓病及其它神经精神疾病；
6. 恶性肿瘤；
7. 肝移植；
8. 孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
9. 极低文化程度，不能阅读及书写简单的字词；
10. 自发性腹膜炎、肝肾综合征、肝肺综合征等肝硬化并发症未控制或稳定＜1周；
11. 失明、弱视或屈光不正不能纠正；
12. 来自高海拔地区（＞2500米）；
13. 肝功能child评分超过12分，转氨酶超过正常上限5倍；
14. 淤胆性肝病（原发性胆汁性胆管炎、原发性硬化性胆管炎 及肝外胆管梗阻等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe underlying conditions involving vital organs (heart, lung, kidney, brain, hematologcial system, etc.);
2. History of overt hepatic encephalopathy or overt hepatic encephalopathy diagnosed at enrollment;
3. Previous treatments with TIPS or surgical shunt;
4. Prescribed with probiotics or prebiotics within 4 weeks before enrollment;
5. Hepatic myelopathy or other neuropsychological disorders;
6. Presence of malignancy;
7. Liver transplantation;
8. In pregnancy or lactation;
9. Poor literacy to recognize, comprehend and write simple words;
10. Complications of liver cirrhosis (spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatorenal syndrome, hepatopulmonary syndrome, etc.) are uncontrolled or stable for less than 1 week;
11. Incompetent of reading due to compromised vision
12. Residency in high altitudes (higher than 2500 meters above the sea level);
13. Child-Pugh score exceeds 12 points or aminotransferase elevations exceeds five times of upper limits of normal;
14. Cholestatic diseases (primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, extrahepatic bile duct obstruction, etc.)
