研究目的：

评估重症医学科接受连续性肾脏代替治疗（CRRT）的病人低体温的发生率及发生低体温的影响因素，比较两种加温方式对CRRT患者的低体温发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the incidence of hypothermia and the influencing factors of hypothermia in patients receiving continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in intensive care unit, and to compare the incidence of hypothermia between two heating methods in patients with CRRT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 行CRRT前存在低体温；
2. 行血浆置换；
3. CRRT治疗＜24小时或虽然不低于24h但在两次治疗期间中断CRRT时间超过6h者；
4. 患者存在恶性高热：如中枢性高热等；
5. 烧伤；
6. 使用ECMO治疗者；
7. 拒绝参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hypothermia before CRRT;
2. Plasma exchange was performed;
3. Patients who received CRRT treatment for less than 24 hours or interrupted CRRT for more than 6 hours between two treatments, although not less than 24 hours;
4. patients with malignant high fever: such as central high fever;
5. burn;
6. Patients treated with ECMO;
7. Refused to participate in this study.

按随机数字表法，依据本研究的纳入标准与排除标准，将符合标准的73名研究对象按照纳入研究的时间进行编号，采用随机数字表法随机分组， 研究对象入组后由专人打开对应编号的信封，完成分组工作。
