研究目的：

1揭示母乳喂养与早产儿脑容量发育的关联性； 2揭示母乳喂养的早产儿所伴随的血液中脑发育相关活性物质改变，阐明这些物质水平是否能够作为大脑发育的生物学指标； 3揭示母乳喂养与早产儿远期大脑智力发育的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To study the relationship between breastfeeding and brain development in preterm infants; To reveal the changes of the related active substances in the blood of the breastfed infants; To discuss the short term and long term effect of breastfeeding and brain development in preterm infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：家族内存在精神性疾病史；先天性遗传代谢病，青紫型先天性心脏病或伴有心功能不全，消化道畸形，内分泌异常者；住院期间行各种外科手术治疗者；出生5分钟内Apgar评分≤7分；住院时间不满2周。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Woman unable to read independently;
2. With history of mental disease;
3. With congenital disease;
4. With birth defects;
5, min Apgar score ≤7.
