研究目的：

本研究选择腹泻型肠易激综合征患者在肠道清洁后采用已上市特定益生菌制剂肠镜下干预，并与阴性对照组相比，观察症状控制效果和粪菌群。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the different effects between direct colonoscopic adiministration of probiotics and normal saline on irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.拒绝或全身情况无法接受肠道准备及肠镜检查者；b.合并肠道其他疾病者；c.合并妊娠者；d.年龄<14岁者；e.正在参加其它临床试验者；f.患者或家属拒绝及态度不明；g.三个月内曾使用抗生素、微生态制剂或三周内使用胃肠动力药；h.研究人员认为不适合临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with weakness physical condition which could not tolerate or reject bowel preparation and colonscopy examination, with the presence of other bowel diseases,with pregnancy, age less than 14 years,and currently particpator of other clinic trial,drug history of antibiotics and microecologics within last 3 months or gastrointestinal excitomotor within last 3 weeks.In addition,the other cases are not fit for this study under investigators' consideration.
