Objectives of Study：

To assessed the ability of a group of untrained laypersons to effectively apply instructions to an adult resuscitation manikin and compared the results with the trained group.

健康工作者、活动不便者、孕妇、收缩压大于160mmHg者。

Exclusion criteria：

Health care professionals, physical handicaps, and pregnant women,systolic blood pressure (SBP) >160 mmHg.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究产生的纸质表格应被存放在一个可以上锁的柜子内，并仅由熟悉个人信息处理程序以及GCP的员工管理。除非参与者签署书面知情同意书同意将其个人资料上传自数据库，所有传至研究管理团队的数据均是匿名的。研究者需要事先网上注册时获得的用户名和密码才能进入网络数据库。研究使用的台式电脑和笔记本电脑将使用用户名与密码，以确保数据安全。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The resulting paper form should be stored in a lockable cupboard and managed only by individuals familiar with the personal information processing program and the GCP. All data transmitted to the research management team is anonymous unless the participant has signed a written informed consent to upload their personal data from the database. Researchers need to get online before the user name and password to enter the network database. Research using desktop computers and laptops will use user names and passwords to ensure data security.
