研究目的：

旨在探究不同干预频次对儿童青少年近视的防治效果并评价其安全性，为学龄儿童青少年延缓近视发展寻找更优方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to explore the effects of different intervention frequencies on the prevention and treatment of myopia in children and adolescents, and to evaluate their safety, in order to find better solutions for delaying the development of myopia in school-age children and adolescents.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并其它眼部器质性病变；
2. 合并全身系统性疾病（如马凡综合征、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病）；
3. 既往使用低浓度阿托品滴眼液或角膜塑形镜；
4. 既往行近视矫正术（如LASIK）或内眼手术（如白内障摘除、人工晶体植入术）眼科手术；
5. 研究者认为的其他不宜入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other organic diseases of the eye; 2. Complicated with systemic diseases (such as Marfan syndrome, cardiovascular disease, respiratory system disease); 3. In the past, low concentration atropine eye drops or corneal plastic lenses were used; 4. Previous myopia correction (such as LASIK) or intraocular surgery (such as cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation); 5. Other conditions considered by the researcher not suitable for the group.
