研究目的：

1.明确骨骼肌卵泡刺激素受体表达和血清卵泡刺激素水平是否与性别、年龄、肥胖性肌少症有关； 2.探讨卵泡刺激素受体、血浆卵泡刺激素与肥胖性肌少症相关的病理机制如骨骼肌脂肪沉积、慢性炎症和胰岛素抵抗的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess whether follicle-stimulating hormone receptor expression in skeletal muscle and serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone are related to gender, age, and sarcopenic obesity; 2. To investigate the association of follicle-stimulating hormone receptor, plasma FSH and sarcopenic obesity associated pathological mechanisms such as skeletal fat deposition, chronic inflammation and insulin resistance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.重要脏器（心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肺）功能不全； 2.恶性肿瘤； 3.伴明显炎症； 4.服用激素（糖皮质激素、雌激素、甲状腺激素）； 5.有性腺切除史； 6.甲状腺和甲状旁腺疾病； 7.糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Insufficiency of vital organs (heart, liver, kidney, lung);
2. Malignant tumor;
3. Obvious inflammation;
4. Taking hormones (glucocorticoids, estrogens, thyroid hormones);
5. History of gonadectomy;
6. Thyroid and parathyroid diseases;
7. Diabetes.
