研究目的：

分别采用接纳承诺疗法之线形心理治疗模型和环形心理治疗模型，各制定出一套线上干预程序，以对比检验其对于降低强迫症状和提高睡眠质量的效果

To compare and test the effects of an online intervention program on reducing obsessive-compulsive symptoms and improving sleep quality, the linear psychotherapy model of acceptance commitment therapy and the ring psychotherapy model were used, respectively

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 确诊躯体疾病患者 ；
2. 已排除高风险人群与干扰因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with physical diseases;
2. High-risk groups and interference factors have been excluded.

参与者被要求在治疗前后和3- 6个月随访时完成问卷调查。前后比较调查了自助iACT干预与无治疗控制条件相比是否有效，并比较了两种干预方案的效果。3、6个月随访观察干预效果的维持情况。 在预测量时，参与者通过我们自行开发的移动在线平台填写知情同意书和问卷（OCI-R, MPFI和PSQI）。在完成预测量后，线性干预组和循环干预组的参与者被允许进入软件上的一个月自助程序，对照组参与者等待一个月。在测量后，再次要求参与者填写在线问卷，以检验干预效果。在3、6个月的随访中，研究人员联系了参与者，并要求他们再次填写相同的问卷。
