通过比较两种不同的干预方式，观察太极拳运动对帕金森病患者运动及非运动症状的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effcts of group-based and individual-based Tai Chi training on motor and non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有帕金森病外其他神经系统疾病，或其他可能影响运动及非运动功能的疾病；②痴呆（MMSE评分＜24）；③服用可能影响平衡或注意力的药物；④合并重要脏器疾患、内分泌异常、严重心血管疾病等；⑤有恶性肿瘤或其他严重消耗性疾病；⑥依从性差，不积极配合训练者或总训练时间未达到80%者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. suffered from other neuro disease or some disease may have influence on motor and non-motor function;
2. demantia (MMSE<24);
3. use of medication that may have influence on balance and attention;
4. have important viscera disorders, endocrine abnormalities, serious cardiovascular disease etc.;
5. malignant tumors or other serious wasting disease; poor compliance or less than 80% attendance of intervention.
