研究目的：

了解手机依赖的大学生的心理健康状况，并用认知行为疗法对不同类型的手机依赖人群进行干预，为最终制定大学生手机依赖干预手册提供依据。具体目标包括： 1.了解手机依赖的大学生的心理健康状况； 2.分析认知行为疗法对不同类型的手机依赖的干预效果。 3.为最终制定大学生手机依赖干预手册提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study is to explore the health of the smartphone addicts in college students. The cognitive-behavioral group therapy will be performed to treat different types of smartphone addicts. These studies provide a scientific basis to eatablish reasonable intervention countermeasures of smartphone addiction.
