研究目的：

本课题组前期对针对慢性失眠患者临床研究结果提示经“通督调神”针法治疗后患者的HAMA、HAMD积分均较治疗前降低，相对于安慰针组积分下降更多，且有显著性差异。但没有仅针对慢性失眠伴焦虑这部分亚型的进一步研究。因此，本次研究拟采用临床研究与机制探索相结合的方式，为“通督调神”针法治疗慢性失眠伴焦虑的治疗提供更多证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Our research group's previous clinical research results on patients with chronic insomnia suggested that the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients treated with "Tongdu Tiao Shen" acupuncture were lower than before treatment, and the scores of patients with placebo acupuncture decreased more, with significant differences.But no further studies have looked only at the subtype of chronic insomnia with anxiety.Therefore, this study intends to use a combination of clinical research and mechanism exploration to provide more evidence for the treatment of chronic insomnia accompanied by anxiety with the acupuncture method of "Tongdu Tiao Shen".

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.符合ICSD-3慢性失眠症诊断标准，SAS评分大于等于50分； 2.年龄18-45周岁； 3.签署知情同意书，自愿参与本试验； 4.右利手； 5.小学以上文化； 6. 1月内未服用相关助眠药物或1月内未调整助眠方案且服药期间仍有焦虑失眠症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Meets the ICSD-3 diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia, with a SAS score of 50 or greater; 2. Age 18-45 years old; 3. Sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this experiment; 4. Right-handed; 5. Education above primary school level; 6. Have not taken relevant sleep aid medication within one month or have not adjusted the sleep aid plan within one month, and still have symptoms of anxiety and insomnia during the medication period.
