研究目的：

本项目将研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤后肠道菌群失调对患儿远期认知功能转归的影响，并探讨其可能机制，深入探讨并拓宽HIBD神经损伤机制，以期为临床研究和治疗新生儿HIBD提供新的思路，对改善患儿远期神经系统后遗症，具有重要意义。

Objectives of Study：

This project will study the effect of intestinal flora imbalance on the long-term cognitive function of children after neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain injury, and explore its possible mechanism, in-depth study and broaden the mechanism of HIBD nerve injury, with a view to clinical application Research and treatment of neonatal HIBD provides new ideas, which is of great significance to improve the long-term neurological sequelae of children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)遗传性糖脂代谢异常患儿;
(2)合并先天性心肺疾病患儿;
(3)对本研究药物存在过敏史者;
(4)合并严重肝、肾、心功能障碍者;
(5)先天畸形、先天代谢异常、先天性病毒、细菌感染患儿;
(6)合并颅内出血或其他颅脑损伤患儿;
(7)合并严重心力衰竭、肺动脉高压或严重贫血患儿;
(8)研究者认为不适合参与的任何医学或非医学状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with hereditary abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism; 2. Children with congenital heart and lung diseases; 3. Those who have a history of allergy to the drug in this study; 4. Patients with severe liver, kidney, and heart dysfunction; 5. Children with congenital malformations, inborn errors of metabolism, congenital viral and bacterial infections; 6. Children with intracranial hemorrhage or other craniocerebral injury; 7. Children with severe heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, or severe anemia; 8. Any medical or non-medical condition that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate.
