研究目的：

为评估IgA肾病患者的临床表现、病情变化、预后转归、治疗模式等临床研究工作提供支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To provide support for the clinical research of the patients with IgA nephropathy, such as the clinical manifestation, the change of the disease condition, the prognosis, the treatment model and so on.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.确诊为过敏性紫癜、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、自身免疫性甲状腺疾病相关肾病、乙肝病毒相关性肾炎、肝硬化等继发性IgA肾病； 2.合并糖尿病、间质性肾炎、Alport综合征等共病患者； 3.IgAN合并微小病变的患者； 4.资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary Iga nephropathy, including Henoch–Schnlein purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, autoimmune thyroid disease nephropathy, hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis, liver cirrhosis; 2. Co-morbid diseases such as diabetes, interstitial nephritis and Alport syndrome; 3. IgAN patients with minimal change; 4. Incomplete information.
