研究目的：

分析探讨577nm微脉冲激光联合中药对急性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变治疗的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy of 577nm micropulse laser combined with Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute Central Serous Chorioretinopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有不稳定的全身疾病，包括难以控制的感染、体温≥38℃等； 2. 肝肾功能不全； 3. 妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 4. 依从性差或患有严重的精神或语言障碍不能按临床试验方案完成研究者； 5. 在最近3个月内参加过其它药物的临床试验者； 6. 合并青光眼、葡萄膜炎等严重眼部疾病患者； 7. 不同意治疗方案； 8. 资料不完整病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable systemic diseases, including uncontrollable infections, body temperature >=38 degree, etc.; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Investigators with poor compliance or severe mental or language disorders who are unable to complete the clinical trial protocol; 5. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the past 3 months; 6. Patients with severe eye diseases such as glaucoma and uveitis; 7. Disagreed with the treatment plan; 8. Cases with incomplete data.
