通过此回顾性研究比较传统GBR技术（使用胶原膜）和改良GBR技术（使用完整骨膜）在水平骨增量中的临床及影像学效果，旨在为后牙区水平骨缺损的患者提供另一种可行的治疗选择。

To compare the radiographic and clinical outcome of two surgical techniques of guided bone regeneration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的系统性疾病；
2.妊娠或哺乳期；
3.重度吸烟、酗酒者；
4.严重的牙周病；
5.口腔卫生差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled systemic disease;
2. Pregnancy or Lactation;
3. Heavy smokers or alcoholics;
4. Uncontrolled periodontal disease;
5. Poor oral hygiene.
