研究目的：

本研究拟探索环泊酚用于气管镜介入治疗手术的全身麻醉时对于术中低血压发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Present study was designed to investigate the eefect of cispropofol on the incidence of hypotension during general anesthesia in patients undergoing endoscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前已经在使用血管活性药物（如去甲肾上腺素等）维持血压
2. 近3个月内有心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心力衰竭等病史者
3. 近3个月内有短暂脑缺血发作、卒中等病史者
4. ASA分级4级及以上患者
5. 病理活检术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Requirement of vasoactive drugs (i.e., noradrenalie) to maintain blood pressure before surgery;
2. Cardiovascular events within recent three months (i.e., angina, myocardial infarction, and heart failure);
3. Cerebrovascular events within recent three months (i.e., transient ischemic attack and stroke);
4. ASA>= 4 Level;
5. Planned for biopsy surgery;
