研究目的：

1.主要目的：探索无症状重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者早期干预是否获益； 2.次要目的： (1)观察在真实世界中使用启明医疗经导管主动脉瓣置换系统及其配套器械治疗无症状和有症状重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者的长期效果； (2)探索无症状重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: To explore whether early intervention benefits patients with asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis; 2. Secondary Purpose: (1 )To observe the long-term effects of Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) Inc. transcatheter aortic valve replacement system and its accompanying instruments in the treatment of asymptomatic and symptomatic patients with severe aortic stenosis in the real world; (2) To explore risk factors in patients with asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.受试者因各种原因无法遵守研究方案、以及完成所有临床随访； 2.研究者评估受试者不适合接受经导管主动脉瓣置换术治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject is unable to comply with the study protocol and complete all clinical follow-up due to various reasons; 2. Subjects were assessed as unsuitable for transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
