研究目的：

全麻手术后视物模糊会引起手术患者焦虑，恐惧，视力损害甚至失明。目前临床对全身麻醉患者眼部的保护并不重视且鲜有研究。本研究寻找引起全身麻醉术后患者视物模糊的危险因素，并建立预测模型，根据危险因素做出相应的应对措施,从而减少全身麻醉患者术后视物模糊的发生率，维护患者围术期安全，提升患者就诊满意度，为临床提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Blurred vision after general anesthesia can cause anxiety, fear, visual impairment and even blindness in surgical patients.There are few clinical studie attention to the protection of the eyes of patients with general anesthesia at present.This study sought to identify risk factors for blurred vision in patients after general anesthesia,and build predictive models,Take appropriate measures according to risk factors,Thereby reducing the incidence of postoperative blurred vision in patients with general anesthesia,Protect patient safety during perioperative period,Improve patient satisfaction,Provide reference for clinical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

心肺肝肾功能不全患者，严重过敏史患者，精神障碍患者，嗜酒患者，BMI大于30kg/m2，原有青光眼，白内障等眼部疾病的患者，眼科全麻手术，脑外科手术，大失血大抢救的手术，术中改变体位的手术，手术中出现病情变化及改变手术方式的手术。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with cardiopulmonary, hepatic or renal insufficiency, patients with a history of severe allergies, patients with psychiatric disorders, patients with alcoholism, patients with a BMI greater than 30 kg/m^2, patients with pre-existing eye diseases such as glaucoma and cataracts, ophthalmic surgery with general anaesthesia, cerebral surgery, surgery with major blood loss and resuscitation, surgery with intraoperative changes in position, surgery with intraoperative changes in condition and changes in surgical approach.
