研究目的：

1. 观察无痛纤维支气管镜诊疗中联合使用改良经鼻高流量给氧对患者咽腔内压力的影响，并分析其原因。 2. 评价无痛纤维支气管镜诊疗中联合使用改良经鼻高流量给氧时不同氧流量状态下的通气有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of combined use of improved nasal high-flow oxygen on pharyngeal pressure in patients undergoing painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy and analyze its causes. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combined use of improved high flow nasal oxygen in the diagnosis and treatment of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy under different oxygen flow conditions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

未禁食或饱胃、喉头黏膜下血肿或脓肿、胃食管反流、严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、血液系统疾病或凝血障碍、鼻腔畸形及腔内组织增生、习惯性鼻出血病史、上颌部外伤或颅底骨折、对麻醉药物过敏、拒绝参与此研究。

Exclusion criteria：

No fasting or full stomach, laryngeal submucosal hematoma or abscess, gastroesophageal reflux, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, hematological diseases or coagulation disorders, nasal deformity and luminal tissue hyperplasia, history of habitual epistaxis, maxillary trauma or skull base fracture, allergy to anesthetic drugs, and refusal to participate in this study.
