研究目的:

1.初步探索不同类型的踝关节智能牵伸训练相关的脑区激活区域、程度、差异; 2.探索踝关节牵伸训练改善脑卒中踝部痉挛患者踝关节功能以及下肢平衡、步行能力等可能的皮层调控机制; 3.为踝关节智能牵伸训练技术的临床应用提供了新的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore preliminarily the correlation between different types of intelligent ankle stretching training and the activation area, degree and difference of brain regions; 2. To explore the possible cortical regulatory mechanism of ankle stretching training in improving ankle function, lower limb balance and walking ability in stroke patients with ankle spasm; 3. To provide a new theoretical basis for the clinical application of intelligent ankle stretching training technology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.意识或精神心理障碍,癫痫发作尚未控制,病情不稳定以及有严重脏器功能不全者; 2.存在小脑或前庭受损导致的平衡功能障碍; 3.注意力不集中; 4.6个月内注射过肉毒杆菌毒素; 5.存在下肢深静脉血栓者; 6.其它原因不能配合治疗或检查者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Consciousness or mental and psychological disorders, seizures have not been controlled, the condition is unstable and there are serious organ dysfunction; 2. Balance dysfunction caused by cerebellum or vestibular damage; 3. Subjects were unable to concentrate; 4. Botulinum toxin injections in the last 6 months; 5. Patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; 6. Other reasons are not compatible with treatment or examination.
