研究目的：

本研究将有助于更加全面的评估奥氮平口溶膜、齐拉西酮注射液与氟哌啶醇注射液治疗精神分裂症激越症状的优劣，为评估奥氮平口溶膜药物治疗精神分裂症激越症状提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

This study will contribute to a more comprehensive evaluation of the pros and cons of olanzapine oral film lysis, Ziprasidone injection and haloperidol injection in the treatment of schizophrenia agitation symptoms, and provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of olanzapine oral film lysis in the treatment of schizophrenia agitation symptoms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有符合 DSM-5 诊断标准的其他重性精神障碍，包括器质性精神障碍、酒精依赖，毒品依赖/滥用、抑郁症、双相障碍等；
2. 血压控制不良的高血压病患者（筛选和基线访视时SBP≥140 mmHg或DBP≥90 mmHg）；
3. 无法提供知情同意；
4. 处于妊娠或哺乳期的妇女；
5. 筛选时或基线时尿毒理学筛查阳性；
6. 既往有脑器质性病变或脑部受到过严重外伤者；
7. 伴有严重的心、肝、肾功能不全，代谢性疾病以及其他严重性身体疾病者；
8. 筛选时具有临床意义的心电图（ECG）异常，包括窦性心动过缓（静息心率<50次/分钟）、心房颤动、2 度或者3度房室传导阻滞、QTc延长（男性QTcF≥450ms，女性≥470ms）、先天性长 QT 综合征病史、或因有猝死家族史而有尖端扭转型室速的风险等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other severe mental disorders that meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, including organic mental disorders, alcohol dependence, drug dependence/abuse, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.;
2. Hypertensive patients with poor blood pressure control (SBP >= 140 mmHg or DBP >= 90 mmHg at screening and baseline visit);
3. Unable to provide informed consent;
4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
5. Positive urine toxicology screening at screening or at baseline;
6. Those with previous organic brain lesions or severe brain trauma;
7. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, metabolic diseases and other serious physical diseases;
8. Clinically significant electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities at the time of screening, including sinus bradycardia (resting heart rate < 50 beats/min), atrial fibrillation, 2nd or 3rd degree atrioventricular block, QTc prolongation (male QTcF >= 450 ms, women >= 470 ms), history of congenital long QT syndrome, or risk of torsades de pointes due to family history of sudden death, etc.
