研究目的：

主要目的： 1.阐明我国儿童MDS的临床及遗传学特点； 2.绘制我国儿童遗传学图谱； 3.识别儿童MDS预后变量因素，建立儿童MDS临床预后模型。 次要目的：更新符合我国国情的儿童MDS诊疗指南。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: 1. To clarify the clinical and genetic characteristics of MDS in Chinese children; 2. Draw a genetic map of children in my country; 3. Identify the prognostic variables of children with MDS, and establish a clinical prognosis model of children with MDS. Secondary objectives: Update the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of children with MDS in line with my country's national conditions.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者本人或其法定监护人不同意入组；
2.资料不全或治疗不规律难以评价疗效。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient himself or his legal guardian does not agree to join the group;
2. The patient with incomplete data or irregular treatment that is difficult to evaluate the curative effect.
