Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the prevalence of subtypes of monogenic diabetes in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.继发糖尿病患者，合并其他内分泌疾病者如甲状腺功能亢进或低下、甲状旁腺功能亢进或减退、肢端肥大症、库欣综合征、自身免疫性多发内分泌腺病等； 2.正在或过去6个月内全身性应用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等药物者； 3.恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary diabetes mellitus;Patients with other endocrine diseases, such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism or hypothyroidism, acromegaly, Cushing's syndrome, autoimmune multiple endocrine diseases, etc; 2. Systemic use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or other drugs within the past 6 months; 3. Patients with malignant tumors.
