Objectives of Study：

Disconnection two minutes technique with a double-lumen tube speed of collapse of the non-ventilated lung during one-lung ventilation for thoracoscopic surgery

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肺功能FEV1 <70%预计值，慢性阻塞性肺疾病，严重哮喘，有胸科手术史，NYHA II - IV 级，脑血管疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with abnormal expiratory recoil(FEV1 <70% of Predicted value), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease[COPD]or severe asthma, a history of thoracic surgery, or NewYork Heart Association (NYHA) heart failure
class II to IV and cerebrovascular disease were excluded.
