纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)妊娠、哺乳期妇女；(2) 意识不清患者；(3) 活动的或怀疑的眼表感染的患者；(4)不能保持固视者； (5)屈光间质混浊者； (6)其他不能配合检查者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women who were pregnant or lactating;
(2) Unconscious patients;
(3)Patients with active or suspected ocular infectious diseases;
(4) Patients without fixation visions;
(5) Patients with opacity of refractive media;
(6) Other patients that cannot undergo examinations.
