研究目的：

1. 主要目的：基于完全随机对照设计，验证气管悬吊术对中重度气管软化患儿的效果及安全性。 2. 次要目的：对食管闭锁患儿术前常规行纤维支气管镜检查，描述食管闭锁患儿合并气管软化的流行现况及塌陷严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The primary aim of this study is to verify the effect and safety of the primary posterior tracheopexy in newborns with esophageal atresia and moderate to severe tracheomalacia or broncheomalacia. 2. This study also aims to describe the prevalence and severity of tracheomalacia or broncheomalacia in newborns with esophageal atresia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 父母放弃手术治疗；
2. 重大心脏畸形（如，法乐氏四联症、持续性肺动脉高压）；
3. 先天性肺发育不良。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Give up surgery;
2. Combined with major heart malinformation;
3. Combined with congenital pulmonary malinformation.
