研究目的：

在行择期手术的老年患者中， 观察静脉麻醉药或吸入麻醉药对术后认知功能的影响， 以及发生或未发生术后认知功能改变者， 在外周血相关指标的差异， 探索与术后认知功能相关的外周血指标的早期特征性变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the study is to observe the effect of intravenous anesthetics or inhalation anesthetics on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing elective surgery, and to explore the early characteristic changes of peripheral blood indicators related to postoperative cognitive function in patients with or without postoperative cognitive function changes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 中枢神经系统疾病和精神疾病者； 2. 严重的心血管系统、 呼吸系统、 肝脏、 肾脏疾病者； 3. 术前MMSE<23者； 4. 服用镇静药物或抗抑郁药物者； 5. 酒精或药物依赖者（过去3个月， 每日饮40度以上酒超过100ml）； 6. 既往1年内有手术史者； 7. 交流障碍者（语言不通， 严重视觉或听觉障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Central nervous system diseases and mental diseases; 2. Serious cardiovascular, respiratory, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Preoperative MMSE<23; 4. Taking of sedatives or antidepressants; 5. Patients dependent on alcohol or drugs (consume of more than 100ml of 40 proof alcohol per day in the past 3 months); 6. Patients with a history of surgery within the past one year; 7. Patients with communication disabilities (language impairment, severe visual or hearing impairment).
