研究目的：

1.从个体大脑水平揭示慢性部分性睡眠剥夺（CPSD）引起人类睡眠紊乱和认知障碍的发病机制； 2.本研究应用神经电生理学、脑影像学、代谢组学技术，通过检测CPSD受试者脑功能和脑内代谢物变化及唾液代谢物，结合量表评估“逆针灸”干预前后CPSD受试者睡眠、认知等亚健康状态，共同揭示“逆针灸”防治CPSD人群亚健康状态的正向效应机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To unravel the pathogenesis of chronic partial sleep deprivation (CPSD) as a cause of sleep disturbance and cognitive impairment in humans at the individual brain level. 2. This study applied neurophysiology, brain imaging and metabolomics techniques to detect changes in brain function and intracerebral metabolites and salivary metabolites in CPSD subjects, and combined with the scale to assess the subhealth status of sleep and cognition in CPSD subjects before and after the intervention of "pre-electroacupuncture". This study was conducted to investigate the positive effect mechanism of "reverse acupuncture" on the prevention and treatment of subhealth in CPSD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）近期服用可能会干扰本实验结果的精神类相关药物者；
（2）现在或之前有任何精神疾病或者神经疾病；
（3）有睡眠障碍者，严重的早起型或者晚睡型；
（4）严重心、肝、肾功能不全者；
（5）研究人员认为不适合参加本研究实验者：如可能有幽闭恐惧症者；对电针感觉恐惧者；体内有金属植入物无法进行核磁检测者等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have recently taken psychotropic-related drugs that may interfere with the results of this experiment.
(2) Having any current or prior psychiatric or neurological disorders.
(3) People with sleep disorders, serious early riser or late sleeper;
(4) severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency;
(5) Subjects considered unsuitable for this study by the researchers: for example, people who may be claustrophobic; fear of electroacupuncture; those who have metal implants and cannot be tested by rs-fMRI.
