研究目的：

为了丰富“膏梁厚味”和“膏粱厚味-湿热”致“脾瘅”、“食郁”中医病因病机的内涵；为创新的“清/下”法干预防治糖稳态早期失衡立足“态靶因果”的临床方案推广应用奠定基础，为糖稳态早期失衡临床指南制定提供新的干预方法及依据。本项目可作为基础研究与临床研究一体化示范，基础研究转化应用示范。还有望扩大吴门医派传统方药“三黄胶囊”的临床应用范围，推广吴门医派“湿邪致病学说”。  

Objectives of Study：

To enrich the connotation of etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, hate the spleen and heat; Clear/method under the intervention of innovation for the prevention and control of sugar steady state early imbalances based on target causal clinical application foundation, for sugar imbalance steady early clinical guidelines for new intervention methods and on the basis of the project can be used as the basic research and clinical research demonstration, to demonstrate the transformation and application of basic research Also is expected to expand wu door YiPa traditional formulas Three yellow capsule The scope of clinical application, the promotion of Wumen medical school wet pathogenic theory

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a）不符合上述纳入标准者； b）正在使用对血糖有影响的药物者； c）重大创伤、手术、应激等情况者； d）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； e）合并其他严重原发疾病或精神疾病者； f）有长期慢性腹泻史者； g）过去三个月内曾经参与其他临床研究； h）近 1 周内有服用中药史者； i）研究者认为患者不适宜参与本次研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; b) those who are using drugs that have an effect on blood glucose; c) Major trauma, surgery, stress, etc.; d) pregnant or lactating women; e) Patients with other serious primary diseases or mental diseases; f) Patients with a long history of chronic diarrhea; g) Participated in other clinical studies in the past three months; h) Patients with a history of taking traditional Chinese medicine within the past week; i) Other circumstances in which the investigator considers the patient inappropriate to participate in the study.
