研究目的：

比较收肌管、股神经阻滞及iPACK镇痛对大腿伸屈肌肌力的影响，及氯普鲁卡因维持时间和有效ED50。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of adductor tube, femoral nerve block and iPACK analgesia on thigh extensor or flexor muscle strength, as well as the maintenance time and effective ED50 of chloroprocaine.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

下肢肌肉萎缩、神经病变、急慢性疼痛者；长期服用精神、阿片药物者

Exclusion criteria：

Lower extremity muscle atrophy, neuropathy, acute and chronic pain; Long-term use of psychotropic and opiate drugs
