研究目的：

1.探讨多分运动对维持性血液透析肌少症可能/肌少症患者的骨骼肌肌力、肌量、身体活动能力的干预效果。 2.探索多分运动对维持性血液透析肌少症可能/肌少症患者的生活质量及实验室检查指标等的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Explore the potential intervention effect of multi-component exercise on skeletal muscle strength, muscle mass, and physical activity capacity in maintenance hemodialysis patients with possible sarcopenia or sarcopenia. 2.Investigate the improvement of multi-component exercise on the quality of life and laboratory test indicators in maintenance hemodialysis patients with possible sarcopenia or sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究采用随机、平行对照临床研究设计，采用抛硬币法随机分配每周一三五的28血液透析肌少症可能/肌少症患者作为干预组，二四六的28名患者作为对照组。对照组给予血液透析常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上，由主管护士按照制定的运动方案及实施流程指导患者进行多模式运动干预，包括每日柔韧性训练、平衡训练；透析间期的有氧训练；透析日弹力带抗阻训练锻炼。干预周期为12周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study employed a randomized, parallel-group controlled clinical trial design, using a coin toss method to assign 28 hemodialysis patients with possible sarcopenia or sarcopenia on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to the intervention group, and 28 dialysis patients on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays to the control group.. The control group received routine care for hemodialysis, while the experimental group received multicomponent Exercise intervention from the supervising nurse according to the formulated exercise plan and implementation process, including daily flexibility training and balance training, based on the control group; Aerobic training during dialysis intervals; Dialysis day elastic band resistance training exercise. The intervention period is 12 weeks. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 心功能Ⅳ级(纽约NYHA分级)； 2. 不能进行生物电阻抗测试者，如截肢患者、起搏器植入者、体内有金属物品者； 3. 合并严重并发症，如严重感染、恶性肿瘤等； 4. 无法测量握力和步速者，如偏瘫、严重外周血管病等; 5. 有认知障碍及患有精神疾病的患者； 6. 有运动禁忌者； 7. 有规律运动习惯或近3个月内参与其他康复运动。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiac function grade IV (NYHA classification in New York); 2. Those who cannot perform bioelectrical impedance test, such as amputees, pacemaker implants and individuals with metal objects in vivo; 3. Complicated with serious complications, such as serious infection, malignant tumor, etc; 4. Unable to measure grip strength and walking speed, such as hemiplegia, severe peripheral vascular disease, etc; 5. Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness; 6. People with sports taboos; 7. Having a regular exercise habit or having participated in other rehabilitation exercises within the past 3 months.
