研究目的：

探讨分析腰交感射频毁损对骨密度的作用，为其治疗骨质疏松患者下肢疼痛提供临床循证依据，拓展其在治疗骨质疏松性疼痛方面的适应症。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate and analyze the effect of lumbar sympathetic radiofrequency ablation on bone mineral density (BMD), to provide clinical evidence for its treatment of lower limb pain in patients with osteoporosis, and to expand its indications in the treatment of osteoporosis pain.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 曾经有交感神经毁损治疗史；
2. 存在恶性肿瘤病史、且近期有肿瘤细胞活跃性表现；
3. 存在下肢骨折或严重外伤史；
4. 存在下肢手术治疗史；
5. 存在自身免疫性疾病、严重肝肾功能不全、凝血功能障碍等全身情况；
6. 存在局部感染、先天畸形、精神障碍等其他无法耐受有创性治疗与检查措施的情况；
7. 未获随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having a history of sympathetic nerve damage treatment;
2. A history of malignant tumor and recent tumor cell activity;
3. A history of lower limb fracture or severe trauma;
4. A history of lower limb surgery;
5. Autoimmune diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, coagulation disorders and other systemic conditions;
6. Local infection, congenital malformation, mental disorder and other conditions that cannot tolerate invasive treatment and examination measures;
7. Loss of follow up.
