研究目的：

1.明确、规范RA中医疗效评价体系内涵及外延，构建一套具有较高信度和效度且能反映中医药特色和优势的RA疗效评价体系，制定RA中医疗效评价体系指南。 2.在循证医学科学研究方法的指导下，探索中医证候评价标准，研制RA证候评价量表，实现中医证候评价的客观化。 3.在前期研究的基础上，借助大数据挖掘技术，建立数学模型，对RA患者报告的临床结局量表进行再优化，修订PRO专家共识。 4.联合计算机工程等交叉学科，利用人工智能前沿技术，研发RA舌象AI，实现中医舌象的智能诊断、智能评价，完善RA证候诊断及评估方法，助力可视化中医疗效评价体系。

Objectives of Study：

1. Define and standardize the connotation and extension of the TCM efficacy evaluation system of RA, construct a set of RA efficacy evaluation system with high reliability and validity and reflect the characteristics and advantages of TCM, and formulate guidelines for the TCM efficacy evaluation system of RA. 2. Under the guidance of evidence-based medical scientific research methods, explore the evaluation criteria of TCM syndromes, develop the RA syndrome evaluation scale, and realize the objectification of TCM syndrome evaluation. 3. On the basis of previous studies, with the help of big data mining technology, a mathematical model was established to optimize the clinical outcome scale reported by RA patients and revise the PRO expert consensus. 4. Combined with computer engineering and other interdisciplinary disciplines, the research and development of RA tongue image AI is made use of the frontier technology of artificial intelligence, so as to realize the intelligent diagnosis and evaluation of TCM tongue image, improve the diagnosis and evaluation methods of RA syndrome, and help visualize the evaluation system of TCM efficacy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在认知或其他损害（如视力等）而影响参与者完成自我报告；
2.合并心血管、脑、肝、肺、肾和造血系统等重要器官的严重疾病，急慢性感染性疾病，恶性肿瘤，精神性疾病患者；
3.重叠RA以外的其他自身免疫性疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are cognitive or other impairments (such as vision, etc.) that affect participants' ability to complete the self-report;
2. Patients with serious diseases of cardiovascular, brain, liver, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and other important organs, acute and chronic infectious diseases, malignant tumors, and psychiatric diseases;
3. Patients with other autoimmune diseases other than overlapping RA.
