研究目的：

本项目通过探讨微创（Er:YAG激光）和传统机械法（涡轮机）两种去龋备洞方式对有MIH缺损患牙儿童治疗过程中的舒适度体验、治疗后树脂充填体修复效果的比较，旨在为儿童的MIH患牙去腐及窝洞预备提供微创、舒适及充填材料留存率高的治疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the comfort experience during the treatment of children with MIH defect and the restoration effect of resin filling after treatment were compared between minimally invasive ( Er : YAG laser ) and traditional mechanical method ( turbine ). The aim was to provide minimally invasive, comfortable and high retention rate of filling materials for the treatment of children with MIH defect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、夜磨牙和偏侧咀嚼习惯；
2、颞下颌关节疾病；
3、无法配合操作。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Night grinding and unilateral chewing habits;
2. Temporomandibular joint diseases;
3. Unable to cooperate.

Blinding：

Double blind method. The assistants used computer software ( www. random. org / ) to make a random digital list, and used opaque, sealed, serially numbered envelopes to group the patients who needed treatment ( the experimental group and the control group ). Before operation, the assistants opened and informed the doctor about the treatment of the tooth position and the method of removing the decay hole. Children do not know what method to use, only the first tooth or the second tooth.
