研究目的：

本研究拟通过设计标准的虚拟现实环境，利用线索暴露疗法，对酒精使用障碍患者进行干预，以进一步探索其线索反应特点，并初步干预降低其线索反应，观察重复的线索暴露对酒精障碍者睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁情绪及自我效能感等因素的影响，为线索反应、防复饮、虚拟现实技术等学术领域提供新的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Studied in this paper through the design standard of the virtual reality environment, using clues exposure therapy, intervention in patients with alcohol use disorders, and to further explore the clues response characteristics, and early intervention to reduce the clues, observe the clues to repeated exposure to alcohol disabilities sleep quality, anxiety, depression and the factors of self-efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多药滥用（与其它非法精神药物一起使用，且在过去两年内的六个月内每月至少使用两次。）
2.有精神病史或家族精神病史；有严重躯体疾病、身体残疾，如失明等。
3.需要定期药物治疗的重大医学疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multisubstance abuse (used in conjunction with other illegal psychotropic substances at least twice a month during the last six months of the past two years);
2. Have a history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; Have a serious physical illness or disability, such as blindness;
3. Major medical conditions requiring regular medication.
