研究目的：

(1)本研究旨在探索MBCT在提高护理实习生同理心、心理弹性、抗压水平和正念水平的效果。 (2)探索MBCT在提高护理实习生实习满意度中的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The objective of this study is to explore the effects of MBCT on improving the empathy, psychological resilience, stress level, and mindfulness level of nursing interns. 2. To explore the effect of MBCT on improving the satisfaction of nursing interns during their internship.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有严重疾病或其它特殊情况不能按时完成实习安排；
②无法保证全程参与课程4次或以上；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having a serious illness or other special circumstances and being unable to complete the internship arrangement on time;
2. Can not participate in 4 classes or above.

研究对象纳入研究后，将由独立于本研究的研究人员采用电脑Excel程序(RAND())进行简单随机分组，且随机结果在结果宣布前对所有研究成员进行隐匿。分组一旦形成，不可改变。由于试验干预为小组干预，无法对试验对象及研究干预人员进行盲法，但研究会对数据分析人员采用盲法。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用问卷星形式进行数据采集，收集的数据导出后会存放在带密码的文件夹里，除研究团队之外的人不能接触该数据，并且数据会按照医院管理要求进行储存，其中涉及到的个人隐私的信息会在项目结束三年之后进行销毁。
