研究目的：

1.分析调查对象饮水量和饮水行为、排尿量与排尿行为，为制定水适宜摄入量提供依据。 2.分析调查对象每日饮水量与排尿量以及尿液渗透压之间的关系。

Objectives of Study：

1. Analysis the drinking water and drinking behavior, urine output and urination behavior, to provide the scientific basis for the make of appropriate water intake. 2. Analyze the relationship between daily water intake with voiding volume and urine osmotic pressure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不满18岁或者大于25岁。
2.患口腔、内分泌疾病、肾脏疾病、胃肠道疾病、代谢性疾病和其他慢性病或认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. subjects suffering from oral, endocrine, renal, gastrointestinal, metabolic disease or other chronic or cognitive disorders.
