研究目的：

1.证实虚拟现实联合常规康复训练对脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者的积极作用优于常规康复训练。 2.探讨虚拟现实在脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者脑激活区的位置、激活程度在对照组与实验组患者之间的差异，揭示虚拟现实在脑卒中上肢功能障碍促通皮质与脑干网络连接的变化模式。 3.探索多模态神经影像对脑卒中上肢运动功能障碍的预测作用及虚拟现实对其预后影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. It is confirmed that the positive effect of virtual reality combined with conventional rehabilitation training on stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction is better than that of conventional rehabilitation training. 2. To explore the differences in the location and activation degree of virtual reality in the brain activation area of patients with upper extremity dysfunction in stroke between the control group and the experimental group, and to reveal the changes in the connection between the cortex and the brainstem network facilitated by virtual reality in patients with upper extremity dysfunction in stroke model. 3. To explore the predictive effect of multimodal neuroimaging on upper extremity motor dysfunction in stroke and the effect of virtual reality on its prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者存在重要器官（心、肺、肝、肾等）衰竭、恶性肿瘤、病情不稳定等情况；
2.脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、静脉窦血栓形成、短暂性脑缺血发作、进展型脑卒中或可逆性脑缺血发作；
3.处于哺乳期或怀孕的女性；
4.病灶位于双侧大脑半球、小脑或脑干；
5.既往有金属植入史，无法配合MRI检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has major organ failure (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.), malignant tumor, unstable condition, etc.;
2. Intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, venous sinus thrombosis, transient ischemic attack, progressive type Stroke or reversible ischemic attack;
3. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant;
4. The lesions are located in bilateral cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum or brainstem;
5. History of metal implantation, unable to cooperate with MRI examination.

受试者符合入排标准后，进行随机分组。由项目组统计学专家用电脑产生随机数字，将所有受试者按照1：1随机分为干预组和对照组，每组62例。采用密封的信封严格按照受试者入组次序先后依次入组，并记录拆启密封信封的日期、时间、拆启者签名。

After the subjects met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, randomization was performed. The statistician of the project group used a computer to generate random numbers, and all subjects were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group according to 1:1, with 62 cases in each group.
