Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between fat distribution and beta-cell function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近期糖尿病急性并发症：糖尿病酮症酸中毒、乳酸酸中毒、高渗性昏迷等；
2.影响糖脂代谢的其他原因：甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、库欣综合征、下丘脑及垂体病变、使用糖皮质激素治疗等；
3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
4.急慢性传染病或癌症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recent diabetic acute complications, including diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, hyperosmotic coma;
2. Glucolipid metabolism affected by other factors, such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, lesion of hypothalamus and pituitary, long-term glucocorticoids therapy;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Patients with acute or chronic infectious diseases or cancer.
