To investigate the effect of strengthening health education based on self-regulation on self-regulatory fatigue and self-management in hemodialysis patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并有严重的心脑血管等疾病的患者；
2. 有精神疾病的患者；
3. 近期有参与其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
2. Patients with mental illness;
3. Patients who have recently participated in other studies.
