研究目的：

1. 探索疗效差异的脑网络客观标记，获得对rTMS反应良好的特异性脑网络标记，以及潜在的可能提高疗效的干预靶区； 2. 探索可以量化预测rTMS疗效的脑网络特征，用脑网络特征构建rTMS治疗PTSD疗效预测模型； 3. 将 PTSD 的脑网络进行亚型区分，并探索亚型与rTMS治疗反应差异的关系，理解疗效差异的脑网络机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the objective markers of brain network with different curative effects, obtain specific brain network markers with good response to rTMS, and potential intervention targets that may improve the curative effect; 2. Explore the characteristics of brain network that can quantitatively predict the efficacy of rTMS, and use the characteristics of brain network to build a prediction model of rTMS in the treatment of PTSD; 3. Differentiate the brain network of PTSD, explore the relationship between subtypes and differences in rTMS treatment response, and understand the brain network mechanism of efficacy differences.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重躯体疾病和神经疾患病史；
2. 当前或过去曾患其他精神障碍史；
3. 既往脑外伤史伴有意识障碍超过10分钟；
4. 既往有酒精等精神活性物质依赖史，尼古丁、咖啡、社交性饮酒除外；
5. 智力障碍者；
6. 妊娠期或哺乳期内；
7. 磁共振检查禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of serious physical and neurological diseases;
2. Current or past history of other mental disorders;
3. A history of previous brain trauma with consciousness disorders for more than 10 minutes;
4. Past dependence on alcohol and other psychoactive substances, except nicotine, coffee and social drinking;
5. Persons with mental retardation;
6. During pregnancy or lactation;
7. Contraindications of magnetic resonance examination
