研究目的：

以经络理论为指导，采用经络测定辨经针刺的方法干预顽固性失眠患者，评价以经络测定辨经针刺对提高治疗顽固性失眠的疗效，探讨经络测定的稳定性和可靠性，寻找针刺治疗顽固性失眠的优化方案。

Objectives of Study：

Guided by the theory of meridians and collaterals, the method of meridian measurement and acupuncture for meridian differentiation was used to intervene patients with refractory insomnia. Optimized program of acupuncture for intractable insomnia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正处于哺乳或妊娠期的妇女；
2. 排除是由器质性疾病或精神障碍以及酒精或药物引起的失眠患者。
3. 不能承受针刺刺激，易晕针或对针具过敏患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant;
2. Exclude patients with insomnia caused by organic diseases or mental disorders, as well as alcohol or drugs.
3. Patients who cannot bear the stimulation of acupuncture, are prone to fainting or are allergic to needles;

将入组病例利用统计软件SPSS产生的随机数字表，将装有序号、组别、随机数字、治疗方法的卡片装入密闭信封，信封封面标记与卡片序号相同的序号，按符合患者来诊的顺序拆开信封，并按卡片指示进行分组治疗。

盲法：	对经络测定人员、针刺操作者（两者为同一人员）不施盲，对患者施盲，通过对两组患者治疗前后均进行经络测量操作，可以达到致盲的目的。对数据分析行盲法处理。
Blinding：	The meridian measurement personnel and the acupuncture operators (both are the same personnel) are not blinded, but the patients are blinded. By measuring the meridians before and after treatment in the two groups of patients, the purpose of blindness can be achieved. Data analysis was blinded.
