研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨2型糖尿病远端对称性多发性神经病变与25羟基-维生素D的关系，同步收集糖尿病的相关临床资料，试图通过25羟基-维生素D及其他相关指标联合应用后提高无症状人群的神经病变筛查率和诊断率。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between 25 hydroxy-vitamin D and distal symmetrical polyneuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to collect relevant clinical data of diabetes mellitus simultaneously, in an attempt to improve the screening rate and diagnosis rate of neuropathy in asymptomatic people through the combined application of 25 hydroxy-vitamin D and other related indicators.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近期一个月内已用维生素D治疗；
2.甲状旁腺疾病和骨质疏松症；
3.慢性乙醇中毒者；
4.甲状腺机能亢进或减退患者；
5.重度残疾或精神疾患；
6.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
7.心肌梗死、心绞痛、卒中患者和其他周围血管疾病；
8.呼吸急促、胸痛、电解质紊乱、发热、腹泻等急性炎症等应激疾病；
9.肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全等器质性疾病；
10.应激性高血糖、激素等药物所致高血糖；
11.存在糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗综合征、低血糖等非稳态患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vitamin D therapy within the last month;
2. Parathyroid diseases and osteoporosis;
3. Chronic alcohol intoxication;
4. Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism;
5. Severe disability or mental illness;
6. Pregnant and lactating patients;
7. Patients with myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, stroke and other peripheral vascular diseases;
8. Stress diseases such as shortness of breath, chest pain, electrolyte disturbance, fever, diarrhea and other acute inflammation;
9. Organic diseases such as tumor and severe liver and kidney insufficiency;
10. Stress hyperglycemia, hyperglycemia caused by hormones and other drugs;
11. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic syndrome, hypoglycemia and other non-homeostasis.
